New spinal implant offers hope for walking again after paralysis
NCT ID NCT05942339
Summary
This study is testing a new spinal implant system designed to help people with chronic spinal cord injury walk better and perform daily activities more easily. Eight participants who already have spinal implants will receive upgraded equipment to see if it improves their leg movement, bladder control, and overall quality of life. Researchers will monitor safety and effectiveness for three years after the new system is implanted.
