Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug, SPGL008, in 96 adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see if the drug can shrink tumors. Participants will receive the drug either through an IV or as a shot under the skin.
