New device could reveal how babies with hearing loss process speech

Summary

This study aims to see if a new prototype device can detect differences in brain responses to speech sounds in infants. Researchers will compare brain activity between infants with normal hearing and those with hearing loss, both with and without hearing aids. The goal is to improve hearing assessments for very young children.
