First seen Feb 18, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study will follow 1,000 adults who are referred to a sleep clinic with possible sleep apnea. Participants will have a sleep test, 24-hour blood pressure monitoring, and fill out questionnaires about sleepiness and quality of life. Those diagnosed with sleep apnea will receive usual care, and researchers will check how well they stick with CPAP treatment over two years. The goal is to gather real-world data to better understand the condition and its management.
