Could a soy pill slow down brain aging?

NCT ID NCT05741060

Summary

This study is testing whether a daily soy-based supplement called Equol can help slow down artery stiffening and memory loss in older adults. About 369 people aged 65-85 without dementia will take the supplement or a placebo for two years. Researchers will measure artery health, brain scans, and thinking skills to see if the supplement makes a difference.
