NCT ID NCT06083519

First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study tests whether a special music-based sound (LUCID) can reduce stress and annoyance from tinnitus better than plain white noise. About 50 adults with chronic tinnitus will use an app for 24 minutes daily over 4 weeks, trying both sounds. The goal is to see if the music approach improves quality of life and provides temporary relief.
