NCT ID NCT07187986
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tested whether sound acupuncture—using tuning forks on energy points instead of needles—can help reduce nerve pain caused by chemotherapy. Forty adults with chemo-induced neuropathy took part: half got standard medical therapy alone, the other half added sound acupuncture. The goal was to see if the sound therapy could cut pain by at least 30% and improve mood and quality of life.
