First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tested whether sound acupuncture (using tuning forks on energy points) plus standard pain medication works better than medication alone for nerve pain caused by chemotherapy. Forty adults with chemotherapy-induced neuropathy took part. The goal was to see if at least a 30% reduction in pain could be achieved, along with improvements in mood and quality of life.
