Summary
This study aims to understand if the medication sotatercept can help repair and improve the structure of damaged lung arteries in people with pulmonary arterial hypertension. Researchers will use specialized imaging techniques to look inside the lung blood vessels of 30 participants before and after treatment. The goal is to see if sotatercept helps blood vessels become healthier and function better over time.
