New hope for PAH patients: study tests Drug's power to heal lung and heart damage
NCT ID NCT07357974
Summary
This study is testing if a new drug called sotatercept can help control the progression of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a serious lung and heart condition. Researchers will use advanced imaging scans to see if the drug reduces harmful tissue changes in the lungs' blood vessels and the heart's right side. The study will enroll about 15 adults with PAH to see how their bodies respond to the treatment over 24 weeks.
