First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 41 times

Summary

This study tests whether the drug sotatercept can improve lung function in people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a condition that makes it hard to breathe. About 27 adults will receive the drug every 21 days for 29 weeks and undergo lung tests, heart ultrasounds, and blood draws. The goal is to see if the drug helps the lungs take in oxygen better during exercise.
