Summary

This early-phase study tests whether adding an experimental SOS1 inhibitor (BAY 3498264) to the approved drug sotorasib can improve outcomes for people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific KRAS G12C mutation. About 104 participants whose cancer has worsened after standard treatments will receive the combination in 21-day cycles. The main goals are to find the safest dose and to check for side effects.
