Summary

This early-phase study tests a new drug, BAY 3498264, combined with the approved targeted therapy sotorasib in people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific KRAS G12C mutation. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the combination can delay or overcome resistance. About 104 adults whose cancer has worsened after standard treatments will participate.
