Summary
This study aims to create a training program to help operating room staff avoid physical pain and injuries caused by poor workplace setup and habits. Over half of OR workers suffer from discomfort that can lead to burnout and early retirement. Researchers will work with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses to build a simulation curriculum that teaches practical ergonomic solutions.
