Summary

This study is testing whether sorbitol, a common sugar alcohol, can improve the effectiveness of standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy for advanced stomach cancer. Researchers will give 80 participants either sorbitol or a placebo alongside their cancer treatment before surgery. The goal is to see if sorbitol helps shrink tumors better and improves long-term outcomes for patients.
