New pill combo may boost CAR-T power against hard-to-treat lymphoma

Summary

This study is for people with mantle cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to prior treatment. It tests whether adding two oral medications (sonrotoclax and zanubrutinib) to standard CAR-T cell therapy can improve how well the cancer responds. About 40 adults will take part, and researchers will track tumor shrinkage, survival, and side effects.
