First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests a faster way to increase the dose of sonrotoclax, a drug that blocks a protein helping cancer cells survive. It is given after initial treatment with zanubrutinib or rituximab. The trial includes 30 adults with chronic lymphocytic leukemia, small lymphocytic lymphoma, or mantle cell lymphoma that is new, has returned, or is not responding to treatment. The main goal is to see if this approach is safe and tolerable.
