Summary
This study tests whether listening to music with special sonic enhancements can improve emotional health and calmness. About 76 adults aged 18-89 will listen to 15 minutes of music during an online Zoom session and complete surveys before and after. The goal is to see if the augmented music helps people feel more relaxed and balanced.
