This study explores whether writing and playing relaxing songs can help reduce anxiety in adolescents aged 11-18 with sickle cell disease. About 30 participants will try songwriting and report how it affects their anxiety, mood, and pain. The goal is to see if this creative activity is a practical and helpful way to manage stress.
