Summary
This study tests whether the drug sonlicromanol can reduce fatigue in 80 adults with long COVID who experience worsening symptoms after activity. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for several weeks, and researchers will measure changes in fatigue, muscle strength, and thinking skills.
