Summary
This study tests whether the drug sonlicromanol can reduce fatigue in people with post-COVID condition who also experience post-exertional malaise (PEM). About 80 adults with mild initial COVID-19 will receive either the drug or a placebo for several weeks. The main goal is to see if fatigue scores improve, with secondary checks on muscle strength and thinking ability.
