Summary
This study tests whether a website called SolanoConnex.org helps people with mild to moderate mental health symptoms take steps to get support. About 200 adults in Solano County, California, will be randomly assigned to use the website or receive standard public resources. Researchers will track if participants reach out to therapists, join support groups, or use other mental health services over time.
