Social activities boost Seniors' emotional health, study finds

Summary
This study tests whether a special social and activity program helps seniors living in nursing homes feel happier, less anxious, and behave less agitatedly. About 200 older adults (over 62) will take part. Researchers will compare those in the program to those receiving usual care to see if the program works in the short and long term.
