Can family & friends help older cancer patients feel better?

Summary
This study is testing a program called SONATA that involves a patient's family and friends to provide support. It aims to see if this social network approach helps older adults (65+) with advanced cancer feel more capable of managing their care and improves their emotional well-being. The study will compare this program to standard care in 70 participants.
