Summary
This study tested whether an Instagram channel called 'ich bin alles' could help teenagers learn more about depression, feel less ashamed, and be more willing to get help. About 170 teens who already use Instagram took part. The goal was to see if social media can be a friendly, private way to share mental health information with young people.
