Summary
This study aims to understand how social and economic factors—like family finances, neighborhood conditions, and access to care—affect children's health outcomes after liver transplantation. Researchers will survey and interview 500 caregivers of children receiving liver transplants, as well as their healthcare providers. The goal is to identify barriers to recovery and find ways to better support families facing social challenges.
