Summary
This study will develop a home-based upper arm exercise bike that works with video instruction and virtual reality for wheelchair users. The goal is to make exercise more accessible and fun by adding social and motivational features. Ten Veterans who use wheelchairs will test the system and provide feedback on how satisfying and easy it is to use.
