Summary
This study tests whether a single session of a computer-based mental training exercise can help young adults (ages 18-25) with social anxiety feel less anxious in social situations. The training aims to change how people interpret ambiguous social cues. 130 participants will be randomly assigned to either the active training or a control version, and their anxiety levels will be measured before and after the session.
