Science tests which Warm-Up makes young soccer stars faster
NCT ID NCT07244107
Summary
This study compares two popular warm-up routines—FIFA 11+ and RAMP—to see which one better improves agility and sprint speed in young male soccer players. Thirty-four players aged 8-15 will follow one of the warm-up programs for six weeks, with their performance tested before and after. The goal is to give coaches clear evidence on which warm-up method works best for developing young athletes' speed and movement skills.
