Which Warm-Up makes young soccer stars faster?

NCT ID NCT07244107

Summary

This study compares two popular warm-up programs—FIFA 11+ and RAMP—to see which one better improves speed and agility in young soccer players. Thirty-four boys aged 8-15 will follow one of the programs for six weeks, with their sprint times and agility measured before and after. The goal is to give coaches clear evidence about which warm-up approach works best for developing young athletes.
