New combo attack on returning prostate cancer shows promise

Summary
This study tests whether combining surgery and radiation can help men whose prostate cancer has returned or spread to a few spots. About 20 participants will receive targeted radiation and/or surgical removal of those spots. The main goal is to see if this approach can significantly lower PSA levels, a marker of cancer activity, 6 months after treatment.
