First seen Nov 25, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tested whether using an artery in the back of the hand (snuff box) is as good as using the wrist artery for heart imaging. 326 adults scheduled for diagnostic heart imaging took part. The goal was to see if the snuff box approach could complete the procedure without needing to switch to another access point.
