NCT ID NCT05725616
First seen Nov 25, 2025 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study tested if doing a coronary angiography (an X-ray of heart arteries) through the anatomical snuff box (back of the hand) works as well as the usual wrist approach. 326 adults having a planned diagnostic angiography took part. The main goal was to see if the snuff box route avoids needing to switch to another spot during the procedure.
