Summary
This study tested whether combining two medications, varenicline and guanfacine, helps people quit smoking better than standard treatments. 167 adult smokers who smoked at least 10 cigarettes daily took part. Researchers measured how long participants could delay their first cigarette and how stress affected their smoking.
