Summary
This study is testing a new behavioral training program designed to help people quit smoking. It focuses on teaching smokers how to manage the negative emotions and withdrawal symptoms that often lead to relapse. The trial will enroll 400 adult smokers who want to quit and compare different combinations of early withdrawal exposure and emotion regulation training to see which approach works best for long-term success.
