Summary
This study tests a program to help tribal households go smoke-free, aiming to reduce secondhand smoke exposure and lower cancer risk. About 575 adults who smoke or live with a smoker and do not already have a smoke-free home will take part. The program focuses on changing home smoking rules to protect health.
