New program aims to clear the air in tribal homes

NCT ID NCT06583148

Summary

This study is testing a program designed to help create smoke-free homes in rural tribal communities. The goal is to reduce people's exposure to secondhand smoke from commercial tobacco, which can help prevent cancer. About 575 adults who smoke or live with a smoker will receive either the new program or usual care to see which is more effective.
