Summary
This study looks at whether spending a lot of time on your smartphone is linked to changes in hand strength and how well you can sense the position of your wrist and thumb. Researchers will measure grip strength, pinch strength, and joint awareness in 84 healthy adults aged 18-35. The goal is to understand if heavy phone use might affect hand function over time.
