Summary
This study will check if spending more time on your smartphone is linked to weaker hand grip, thumb strength, or a worse sense of wrist and thumb position. Researchers will measure these hand functions in 84 healthy adults aged 18-35 and compare them to each person's daily phone use. The goal is to understand how prolonged smartphone use might affect hand health.
