NCT ID NCT07503093

First seen Apr 02, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study tests whether smartphone sensors can detect moments of low mood in people with early psychosis and deliver brief mental health exercises at the right time. Ten adults with psychosis and mild depression or anxiety will use a special app for 10 weeks. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helpful, not to cure the condition.
