Summary
This study tests a smartphone app that uses your location and stress levels to send helpful messages when you feel the urge to smoke. Seven young adults who smoke daily will use the app for 45 days. The goal is to see if the app is easy to use and helps reduce smoking urges and cigarettes smoked.
