Summary
This study tested whether a smartphone app (BHQ) can reliably monitor social anxiety symptoms and measure the effects of a therapy called gaze-contingent music reward therapy (GC-MRT). Forty adults with social anxiety disorder used the app while completing therapy and standard questionnaires. The goal was to see if digital monitoring could replace or supplement traditional clinical assessments.
