First seen Apr 25, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests whether a treatment called SMART (using a rotating chair device) can help adults with post-concussion syndrome recover faster than standard therapy alone. About 128 participants will receive either usual care (physical and speech therapy) or usual care plus 10 SMART sessions. Researchers will measure changes in symptoms like headaches, dizziness, balance, and thinking skills over several weeks.
