First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study looks at whether special smart socks can help prevent leg injuries in young football players. About 80 players aged 14 to 18 from Latvian youth leagues will wear the socks during training to get real-time feedback on their foot pressure and movement. The goal is to see if this feedback makes injury prevention exercises more effective.
