Smart socks aim to keep young footballers off the sidelines
NCT ID NCT06551454
Summary
This study is testing whether special smart socks with sensors can help prevent injuries in young football players. The socks provide real-time feedback on foot pressure during warm-up exercises, aiming to improve technique and reduce injury risk. Researchers will work with 80 youth league players in Latvia to see if this technology makes standard injury prevention programs more effective.
