Smart socks aim to keep young athletes off the sidelines
NCT ID NCT06551454
Summary
This study is testing whether special smart socks with sensors can help prevent leg injuries in young football players. The socks give real-time feedback during warm-up exercises, aiming to improve movement and reduce injury risk. Researchers will enroll 80 players aged 14-18 from Latvian youth leagues to see if this technology makes standard injury prevention programs more effective.
