Can a smart scale boost your workout motivation?
NCT ID NCT06119594
Summary
This study is testing if using a smart scale that tracks body composition (like muscle and fat) helps people with chronic diseases feel better during an exercise program. 90 participants in a 6-week rehab program will be split into two groups: one uses the smart scale, and the other does not. The main goal is to see if the extra feedback from the scale improves patients' physical and mental quality of life after six months.
