App-Based therapy aims to slow down paranoia in psychosis

Summary
This study tests whether a digital therapy called SloMo can help people with psychosis who feel paranoid. SloMo teaches users to slow down fast thinking and reduce worry. About 150 people will receive the therapy from NHS therapists, and researchers will check if it is safe, effective, and worth the cost.
