First seen May 08, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This small study tested whether combining online cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) with passive body heating (using a sauna blanket) is feasible for adults with insomnia. Ten participants used the treatments over 9 weeks. The goal was to see if people would stick with the program, not to measure effectiveness.
