Summary
This study tests whether a mobile app called SleepQ can help adults with insomnia sleep better. About 80 participants will either use the app along with their usual care or just continue their usual care. The study is done entirely from home and lasts 12 weeks, with online check-ins about sleep, mood, and daily life.
